This is a 2 bedroom, one bath trailer house on a two by three lot (as suggested, I plan to look into the smaller custom lot size for future trailers, which will help you pack them close together if you make a trailer court).

Again, the only custom textures are mine, on Maxis no EP meshes, checked and double checked (again) with Sims Clean Installer. Everything that has a non-Maxis texture, in other words, was made by me in GIMP.
Included are a Satinistics loveseat texture in bright 70's style yellow daisy print, 6 new walls and 5 new floors, a new texture for the cheap double and single beds, new bedding for both beds, a new texture for the coffee/end table I used, and new textures for the value cabinet and counter top and the Numica table.
(Again, all made by me, so you can use the objects as you like - I just ask that you don't upload the house itself to the Exchange, since I might decide to do that myself.)
