This home is perfect for a large country family in the making. There are at least 5 bedrooms on the second floor, and two pre-furnished bathrooms. There are three miscellaneous rooms on the first floor. There is also an attic which has an interesting shape. Let your imagination run free in this dream house!
There are no light fixtures (since you can play this lot modern or not, I didn't want people to have to change the lighting based on their time period). I've also outlined the space for a driveway, but have no placed one so that you can use whatever recolors you prefer.
Lot Size: 3x3
Lot Price: 53,585
Additional Credits:
Thanks to my friend Daisy for driving me around the beautiful Massachusetts woods this weekend. The many homes I saw inspired this lot.

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
- For a full, complete guide to downloading complete with pictures and more information, see: Game Help: Downloading for Fracking Idiots.

About Me
Just don't upload creations as your own, or on other sites, especially the exchange. If you must use something I created on a free site, credit me and link back to here. If you use something I created in a movie or story, credit is appreciated but not necessary. However, I would especially love a link to post here so that I can see the different ways people use things.
Constructive criticism is always accepted, but please keep in mind that I, like everyone else, have feelings, so try not to be unnecessarily cruel or rude.
