This is my first upload. It's a classy upscale nightclub that I made for my city. It is based on exclusive a-list nightclubs. You know, the ones where not just anyone can get into. Kind of like the famous Hyde Lounge that real life celebrities (Paris Hilton, Lindsey Lohan, Nicole Richie, etc.) hang out at. I'm not that good with coordinating colors and decorating, but I tried my best to make it look as fancy as possible. It features TV screens all over the club, a dance floor, a bar, restrooms, booths, and a mini cafe. It's pretty small, but afterall it's only meant for "exclusive" VIP rich sims anyways. :-)



Description:
Don't be confused by the acronym H.O.E. It merely stands for Heaven On Earth, which is exactly the feeling you'll get stepping into the most exlusive and elegant club in town. (if you're lucky enough to make "the list".) Dresscode strictly enforced.
Lot Size 2X2 Price $160,913
There are 2 floors but the top floor is empty, so basically the only floor usable is the 1rst floor.
The top floor was only made for decoration and shape of the lot.


Note:
I came up with the name Heaven On Earth but decided to change it to H.O.E. for short. It is NOT in any way supposed to be related to the "h" word or any derogatory term like that. It is supposed to be said as if you are spelling it like H-O-E. Just wanted to make that clear.

It doesn't include much custom content. Only two things. (because I never liked the idea of downloading a ton of custom content just for one thing, so I tried to keep it short for the people who are like me, lol.)
