I called this house a Bachelor Pad, cause in my opinion it's great for having parties both inside and outside. And to catch all those naive Simies who will fall in your bachelor's love net.

It hase three floors:

On the first one there is a garage and some free space.

On the second is a kitchen-livingroom-diningroom with a !!Jacusi!!, bathroom and a small hall.

On the third one is a bedroom-bathroom.

I made for the first time split stairs and it turned out pretty good!

Note: the pool table and gym equipment are not included, so it won't be UNI_req!

There are no hacks and/or custom content in this package.
