Hello everyone! This is my first upload to Mod The Sims 2! It is a modern lot called The Bachelor in Contempo. I had an idea to do a very eccentric bachelor pad home and this is the result! Originally the outside was very colorful, but I decided to give it a more industrial look, which I think works very well for it! The home only contains two bedrooms because I didn't want to fill it with a lot of sleeping areas since the idea is for it to be a party house on steroids! It's on a 4x4 (large) lot and costs ยง238,726. It contains:

-One car garage
-Basement entertainment area with indoor pool
-Two kitchens; one indoor and one outdoor
-Outdoor pool
-Eating areas in formal dinng room and at bar
-Family room
-Game room
-Office
-2 bedrooms
-2.5 bathrooms
