Burt Gummers House Plus Bunker

Ever seen the movies tremors 1 and 3? if so you will know what im talking about.This is burt gummers House with underground bunker but be warned this may not look the same in some ways becuse i have made it .... more sims 2 freindly like the escape tunnel is turned into a escape route where in the safe room you climb up the ladders nd out the hidden door hedding to the mountains ( yes i put some in)

This lot costs $99,351 and is the biggest lot with a size of 5*6 and it has desert terrain this is part of my tremors pack

Upper level-

this has a ecape room ( only acsessable from the safe room or outside!) and a kitchen,bathroom and a main hall which holds a bed it also has two rooms with ladders ( thank you Targa) leading to diffrents parts of the underground bunker overall this level isent the one people will use becuse in tremors it never shows the upstairs of burts house but i thought that would be it.

Roof -
not much hear i dident wont to put in all this custom content and have satalies and speakers on polls incase you dont use custom content then you have a house ( add it yourself or leave it) but on this level you cant acsess it at all but it has a huge foutain which ties in with the 2 genarter rooms ( not really real just for decor)

Basment bunker -
Now we are cooking the level i put my hart and soul into! lets star with the walls in the living room the wall has a pach of difrent wall becuse thats where the graboid busts in but this room also was ment to have a wall of guns but again the CC.the main hall has a mirror in it which leads to the safe room but hearly anything else just ladders.The genartor room outside the safe room is practicly just a computor and a way into the shooting range ( read on for more) the shoorting range is were burt practises shoorting its just a long 1* corodor with a conter on the end ( once again for decor to make it look like he is a real survivilist!. Now the most IMPORTANT bit i love! the safe room , the safe room can be acsessed via the main hall but! it has a mirror on ir ro hide it lol plus it has a " fake " genartor room ( just a pc) and a bathroom , 2 beds, tv and couch, exersise machine, books, cooker and a "lader" now the most fun bit it has a escape route wich their is a ladder ( dont get mixed up with lader which is a .. fridge) this ladder leads to a room that has only 1 door which is also hidden with mirors. once you go out this door your ouside but nor free. thier is walls aorund you , folow the path and your out! into the mountains to get away from graboids,Shriekers or ass balsters ( monsters from the tremors movies
