Pine Island Diner

In real life, the Pine Island Diner was a cute little restaurant located next to my beachside hotel in the Outer Banks, North Carolina. I've done my best to recreate it in sim-world, and I hope you enjoy it!

Unfortunately, I did not have the time to actually play test it, so if you encounter any problems, please let me know. I'm pretty sure it's a 3x2 lot.
