This is the first residential lot in my Seaside neighbourhood. It's a compact 2 bedroom home suitable for a small family.

The ground floor consists of a kitchen/dining room, hallway, downstairs bathroom and a living room with an attached study area. Upstairs there is the main double bedroom, childrens room with a baby area (separated with the fantastic Pets floor dividers so a baby won't wake any other children) and 2 full bathrooms.

There is driveway space for 1 car and a garden with a hot-tub. The house is pet friendly for both cats and dogs.

I built and finished this home just before I got Seasons, but didn't get around to uploading it sooner as Seasons distracted me a lot! I thought about adding stuff from the new expansion but decided not to as I liked it as it is. Seasons is not required to play this lot.

The house is fully furnished and is mainly Maxis content apart from the build items listed below.

A copy of the lot has been playtested for about 3 sim days and everything seemed to work alright. As usual let me know of any problems.
