Ok, so this is a fairly basic looking recolour but actually took a lot of effort and time to get right, that formal maxis mesh that came with the original sims 2 is kinda hard to do.
But anyway, its a formal dress with a pink and white stripe design on it.
It also has a purple flower design sown into the chest.
