This is one of my best homes that I have built! It is truly a magnificent home with a completly original floorplan by me. With it's inviting walkway and landscaping job it greets you before you even enter the home. Before entering the home you will go through it's covered entry and then into it's grand two-story foyer. The home is packed with many luxurious amenities, it has formal living & dining plus a study when you enter the home, then through an archway you will come to a hall area that takes you to the homes gourgeous kitchen and breakfast nook, then down a few steps to the soul of the home, an enourmous two-story family room. To the left you will come to the double-door entry of the master bedroom complete with fireplace, sitting area and grand master bathroom. The Venetian has two staircases, one in the foyer, and one in the family room. Upon going up the foyer staircase, you will come to a poker loft and two bedrooms and one bath. The bridge like hallway connects to the other half of the home which holds a second master suite, (which is used as another bedroom for a child or adult) and a huge gameroom. In the gameroom is where the home has it's second stairway for easy acces to the family room.
