This is a nice Farm house for your sims.



Apple Tree Farm has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a greenhouse and a nice swimmingpool. Also a nice sized countrykitchen with tiled floor, big livingroom with ajoining diningroom. And last but not least a huge pond to go fishing.
I testplayed a copy of this lot.
