Royalties Administrator pays out royalties daily

Description:
This object checks the active lot for sims who have
- painted at least 2 paintings and / or
- written at least 1 novel
If this is the case, the hack pays 2§ for every painting and 5§ for every novel. This happens daily in the time from 1am to 1:15am. When the hidden skills of painting or writing are maximized ( = 90 paintings / 100 novels), there will also be a random bonus payment to represent the ups and downs in an artist's life

I chose 2 paintings as minimum to avoid the ridiculous sum of 2§ paid to every sim who maxed the creativity skill via Easel. The royalties are paid to the sims directly and add to their personal wealth which might be important for those sims who have the lifetime want of "Earn 100,000". To activate the hack, buy the "Royalties Administrator" in "Decoratives - Paintings" for §99 and place it on any wall you like. No further activation necessary; the hack will immediately start to work. When the object is removed and sold, the payout will stop for this lot.

The hack should work with the basegame and / or with any EP.

Installation / Uninstallation:
To install, simply extract the file(s) into "My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads".
To uninstall, remove or delete the file.
