This is a great house for the couple that loves to entertain! All of your popularity and pleasure sims will love this! It has enough space indoor and outdoor for continuous parties! The kitchen has wooden floors and walls! The kitchen is gorgeous with a counter, fitting 3 people. There is a large area for dining which can easily fit more people! There is even a breakfast room furnished with a small table, 3 chairs, a mini fridge, and counter... so you can make your cereal right in there! Also, the breakfast room is covered in windows for that morning wake up call!

There is enough room for a driveway and garage. I left it blank because this is more of an entertaining house. I thought maybe with the extra space your sims could build a pool and more things for entertainment!

You can also add on more bedrooms, if you wish. There is already another full bathroom so there would be no need to add another. I hope you enjoy this house as much as I did making it!

EDIT: The 3x3 space from the master bedroom to the master bathroom was SUPPOSED to be made into a walk-in closet... but I'm stupid and forgot. So, if I may suggest something, I suggest using it as a closet area seeing as it's out of the way.
