This is a cute little house. It's barely under $20,000 but might not be perfect for a starting home, seeing as the family would only have $475 left over after the buy. It has trim throughout the home. The kitchen is wonderful! There is a small deck in the back of the home, perfect for putting a small table to eat on from time to time.

It also includes a partially finished basement. It could be used to storage, another family room, game room, and so on! Even turn them into bedrooms, easily! This surely could be a cute house if you add personal touches and maybe some plants outside. I didn't add plants because I wanted to keep it as cheap as possible, however, it didn't work to well. But there's always room for improvements!
