I can't wait to play in this home! It greats your sims from the moment they enter! Walk along the pathway (with wide diagonals for passing) to the entrance. The small room includes space for seating and there is already a fireplace. Perfect for winter! There is a small office which is 3 x 3. It could be used as a bedroom. But it seems more office-sized. Use it how you wish! The master bedroom is huge! The bathroom can have two doors added on to it: for the master bedroom and office. The master bedroom can also have another door to go out to the deck. The deck is off of the family room (which is of a nice size). The deck is nice and large. You could probably put a small pool on it. But it's a great size for parties! There is enough extra land for building on! Your sims could have a large pool, garden, green house, pond, and anything else their hearts desire!

This house has all hardwood floors that are simply beautiful. Also, the counters are lovely. I should have included a picture of them. Oops! The house doesn't come with a drive or garage. But there is room for it. You just have to move some trees and flowers I think. This house would be excellent for a couple who likes to throw parties and enjoy life! Your pleasure and popularity sims will love it, as well as some romance sims who want to please their lovers.
