This is one of my favorite homes. It is the perfect home for a couple with no children or even an elderly couple. It has a one car garage with extra space which could be used to work benches or anything you'd like! There's a bit of extra land which could be a small edition to the home, if you wish. There is even a lovely outbuilding/shed which could be used to store things. It could also be made into a den, gym, or even a bedroom. It would be the perfect bedroom for a teenager looking for a place away from his or her parents. The kitchen includes a dining area with separate flooring. It could easily fit 5 people. Enough for a small party!

It isn't a starter home seeing as it's over $30,000. It would, however, be excellent for a family who is stable with income and is looking for a quiet retreat! If you add a fireplace you could even have your own winter wonderland! This home isn't for only a sim couple! It would be excellent for a single sim who is looking for a place to call their own!
