Hey there, this is my 3rd attempt at downloading a house, lol. It is unfurnished so you can make it your house, it says there is custom content but i've checked it over 4 times and even the clean pack installer can't find any so i don't know what that's about. I hope you enjoy it anyway, so here is a picture of it from the outside:
