This is A 'Modern Town House'. My second upload , it contains 0% custom content and is ment to be placed on an intersection of a road or a corner because of the diagonal entrance system.
It has a downstairs livingroom and an upstairs living room. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , Gentelmens and Ladies both downstairs.
Also included is a study/office room and a swimming pool with a balcony going over the top of it. The main entrance of the house also has a balcony accessable via the upstairs living room.
