Well....what can I say to this one; It's rectangular, and its big. That about sums it up. However, I have never been able to write a short summary on anything, so I'll have to add on to that.

This house is the result of a few weeks of work, the building itself was done in about 2 days, but the furnishing was a whole different level for me. It took me ages to find the right arrangement, color, lighting, just about everything in general. Then it took me a month before I decided to upload it. It's a large 4 bedroom 5 bath house that is for anyone who likes modern. The outside sports a sort of minimal look to it. Clean edges, no real curves, just cubes. On the main floor you have an attached garage, a large kitchen that connects to an adjoining small bath, and a medium dining room. The living room (which connects to the dining room) is mostly red: red walls, floors, furniture, etc. On the other side of the floor is the staircase that takes you to floor 2. On floor 2 you'll find the master suite and master bathroom. The master bath is divided into 2 sections; the bath area and the restroom area. Also on this floor is the guest suite, with its own independent bathroom. The elevator to the other floors starts on this floor. The 3rd floor is the 2nd Bedroom and another small bath. There is also a small Family Room/Office on this floor. On the 4th and final floor we see the 3rd and 4th Bedrooms, each sharing a larger bathroom on this floor. Every bedroom is individually designed, so there is at least 1 room here for your sims. The backyard has a pool and a covered deck.

All on a 60x50 lot for $267,809.

The photo's pretty much speak for the house, its modern and it's big and it was built with care for you. (insert apathetic "Aww" here)
