After noticing how popular my Cosy Home was, I decided I had to build another one like it, although not the same! 
The emphasis on this house was the stylish garden and a mixture of style/snugness. Technical terms of course :P
House is fully furnished and well-lit, and is designed to fit 4 sims plus a baby/toddler.
