Heya all, this time I have experimented a bit and made a house which looks like two, but is actually one - so it fills the neighbourhood screen up a little better, similar to many lots in Veronaville.



This house is fully lighted and decorated and includes -
  • Entrance room with stairs and sofa area
  • 2nd Entrance room with living area
  • Kitchen and Dining Room
  • Entertainment/Party room
  • 2 Bathrooms
  • 2 Bedrooms
  • Nursery

NOTE: The second floor is for display purposes, however I have provided stairs leading up to it and carpeted the floor. I have included it in my 'Growing Family' range because of the spare second floor - plenty of room to add extra bedrooms/bathrooms and other rooms as your Sim family grows. If you do add extra rooms in the upstairs area, I'll be very happy to hear from you as to how you added to this house.

If you like this style of housing - looks like more than one house but is actually one, then feel free to PM me and I'll make some more, as I like filling up the space in my custom neighbourhoods.

This house can also be easily converted into 2 seperate houses.
