Hi all!

Here's a lovely 4 bedroom/3 bath home that will make your Sims the envy of thier neighborhood.

It features a covered entryway, a two car garage, fireplace and a two story living/family room. The second floor features a walkway around the edge of the living area with a clear view of what's going on below.

The house was built with basic Maxis materials and comes unfurnished. The screenshots show it with cabinets, appliances and plumbing fixtures installed, but some or all of these may have been removed while cleaning the lot for upload.

The house was put into gameplay and played for three days (real time. About two to three weeks game time.). Everything worked fine.
