Large 5 br/6 1/2 bath Estate.

Hi all!

This is a very spacious 5 bedroom/6 1/2 bath home. It features a two story living room with a walkway around it on the second floor. It also has a nice garden for your Sims to relax in. The bedrooms are large and there are more than enough bathrooms to go around. It has an attached two car garage with an extra long driveway. Also featured is a fireplace and a large back porch with access from the Master Bedroom and kitchen.

It was built on a 5 x 5 lot so there's plenty of room for anything you'd like to do outside (swimming pool, hot tub, gazebo, etc.).

I played this house for about three days (real time. About two weeks game time), and had no problems. There is a snapshot of the Sim family having dinner in the thumbnails. The house is expensive at 138,000 simoleans, but a lottery win (aka motherlode cheat) could have your Sims moving into this house in no time!

I have Nightlife, Open for Buisness and Family Fun Stuff installed. I'm not sure how the lot will work with any other EP's or combination of EP's. The house was built and decorated with Maxis materials so there's no additional content needed. I packaged the house with the kitchen/bathroom cabinets, all the plumbing fixtures shown and some basic lighting. It also comes with the stove, refridgerator and all the landscaping shown in the pictures.

NOTE: I have a 3 GHz processor with 1 GB ram and this house ran a little slow because it was so large. It was still playable and didn't detract from gameplay I just thought I should mention it so those of you with smaller/slower systems would be aware of it.
