3 + BR/4 bath home with working underground 2 car garage.

Hi all!

Here's my latest offering: a 3 or 4 bedroom/4 bath home with underground 2 car garage and two basement rooms.

The underground garage works! I played this house extensively to make sure the cars would actually use the sloping driveway. The cars don't actually go up or down the driveway. They back out of the garage door and then appear on the street and continue on like normal. Same for going into the garage. In a normal, street level garage you can have a car in the garage and one sitting in the driveway. This will not work with the underground garage. You can only have cars inside the garage. They won't sit on the sloping driveway.

There are two basement rooms with garage and ground floor access. These rooms can be used pretty much anyway you'd like.

The house features wide open living/kitchen areas with spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. It has a large back deck for outdoor entertaining.

As with all my houses, this one was built and decorated with basic Maxis materials and comes unfurnished.

I had the base game, Nightlife and Family Fun Stuff installed when I built this house. I don't know how the lot will work without these packs installed.
