Hi all!

Here's my first upload. A spacious 4 bedroom/3 bath home with an attached garage. It features 2 fireplaces, multiple staircases to access the second floor, a large living room, family room and dinning room. It also has a gazebo-type deck in the back for outdoor entertaining.

I have the base game, Nightlife and Family Fun Stuff installed so these will be required for the lot to work. I put the house into game play and played it for several days to make sure there weren't any problems. Everything in the house worked fine.

The house was built with default Maxis items and decorated in neutral tones. It comes with kitchen cabinets, a stove, refridgerator, a kitchen sink, all the necessary plumbing fixtures for the bathrooms and overhead lighting.

The house is high priced at 108,902 simoleans. But with an inheritance or a lottery win (i. e. the motherlode cheat) your Sims will be living large in no time. Or you could put it in your neighborhood to give your Sims something to work towards.
