This is the second starter House for your Downtown.

It looks almost the same , so No.1 and No.2 will look nicely together.

But the layout inside is different. It has the basic rooms: kitchen, livingroom, bedroom, bathroom, breakfast corner.All this is on the second floor.

There is a garage for one car at the first floor, that also has some space for your Sim's stuff, that just does not fit into you house, like aspiration objects or exercise machines.

The house is fully furnished with basic things, like stove, sofa, TV or a table.

You also have a little garden for your Sims to relax under the sun.

There is no car in the garage.

*There are no hacks and/or custom content in this package.
