This house belongs to my favorites. I had the idea of a house that would have a sort of "towny" feel with the building itself rather high, close to the sidewalk, and it's backyard raised above the terrain. It really surprised me, how well it turned out, during the creation process. This is also one of the few houses, where I found some decent use for those big two-storrey windows.

It's build on a small 2x2 lot, the house is unfurnished and requires no EP.
