This is a house I built that reminds me of my childhood in the Texas hillcountry. A quiet country setting where your Sims can tend the garden while the kids chase fireflies, fish and play catch in the evenings. It is fully furnished and decorated and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

There is no custom content but it will require probably all the expansions including Seasons. Feel free to use it however you like except to post on a paysite. I hope you enjoy it.
