The scarves with three round tassels are on a chriko mesh: "WinterScarf". To get the mesh, go to
http://www.2-f0r-u.de/startsims2.htm
Over on the left, look for "meshes", subsection "accessories". Click on "accessories". Within the central frame, scroll down and select "1" to take you to the first page of meshes for accessories. The mesh you want is "WinterScarf" .

The scarves with square ends are on a PureGhostGR mesh:

These use three of the CAF4 textures; searching for the keyword CAF4 will turn up other items that may be of some utility in conjunction. (Hey, if you're going to wear a filthy silk herringbone scarf, why not combine it with a matching bikini?)
