By default, when a nanny arrives on the lot, their relationship with everyone in the household is increased by twenty points. This can have the odd effect of Sims who've never interacted significantly with the nanny considering them their greatest friend after only a few days.
This tuning mod reduces that relationship gain from +20 points to +1 point.
It contains a modified version of 0C772E27!00000000!0000000000023157.loot_Notification_Nanny_Introduction.action.xml .
