This home is situated on a large lot and has many features that will keep your sim happy. Inside the main house there are 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, games room over the garage, upper level of the library/den/study, and a balcony overlooking the family room all on the second floor. The main level of the home features a kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, living room, family room, large foyer, lower level of the library/den/study, a music room, 4 car garage, 2 full bathrooms, plus a bathroom off of the servants quarters/room, and a service/servants entrance off of the garage.

This home also has a pool house/ guest house situated on the lot. It has a common living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus a full bathroom, and two bedrooms.

Also on this lot there is a men's and a women's pool changing rooms/poolside bathrooms complete with a communal shower. Other features include the large bay windows in the living room, dining room, and master bedroom, the two-story family room, and the unique octogonal-shaped breakfast nook with large windows on all sides plus an entrance to the backyard.

This home is furnished with maxis items and I could keep listing all the benefits and features of this home, however, words can't do it justice.

I have tested this house for a couple days only and haven't found any problems. I built this home a long time ago, but had no one rich enough to buy it. So, before I uploaded it, I cheated and created a sim rich enough to move in. (I'll have to remember to stip him of his money again....rags to riches and back again). lol.

If you clean the lot of all furnishings, the price for this lot unfurnished drops to around $185,000. It could drop even further by removing trees, shrubbery and even such things as the poolhouse, farm, etc., but why would you want to do that?

This home is intended to be free to anyone that wishes to have it. Please do not put on a paysite. Other than that use this house as you wish, and it would be nice to get credit if you use it, if possible.
