This is a big home with a small footprint on the ground. This design maximizes the relatively small lot to get as much outdoor activity as can be stuffed into it while not sacrificing interior space.

The home consists of 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (3 full and 3 half bathrooms). It has a pool, hot tub, 2 car driveway, barbeque and lounging areas outside with even a fountain.



This lot was made a long time ago and I'm unsure of the expansion pack I had when I first made the home, I think I just had the base game but unsure. I recently edited the lot for uploading using the Seasons expansion pack. I have played this house for at least the last year without problems and there shouldn't be any with the little bit of editing I did to remove custom content...but I haven't played this house since I cleaned it out and refurnished it.

Everything in this house should be maxis created, but if by chance something got past me let me know and I'll give credit where credit is due.

This home is put out there to always be free to download to anyone who wants it. Please do not place on a paysite. If you upload my house anywhere it would be nice to get some credit, if possible.
