And I brought Neighborhoods! This is the SECOND disaster strikes Neighborhood. Yes, To form this I used the Vocano Tool!

It looked like this when I started.

And it looks Like this in TS2. (overhead)



Annyway, Included in the zip is all the file needed to have this Lovely Neighborhood in your game, Just Extract to your SC4Terrains folder and Away you go!
