Alright, here we have my second upload to this site, a chick-yellow bungalow fit for four sims. It's equipped with a pool and an all new kitchen! It's fully furnished, beds and all. It's not a starter, and it's landscaped quite well, if I do say so myself.

Now, bear in mind, I'm not an interior decorator, so change the insides to your liking. I'd also appreciate some feedback since I'm fairly new at this, so constructive criticism is appreciated.
