Suburban Bungalow is another I made from an online plan. With it having a 2 car attached garage it already seemed bound for Suburbia. I added a Super tower for kids to play on, outside patio and grill. Lots of gardens and landscaping in the yard.



I followed the plan closely for the main level. With an eat-in kitchen, 2 small berooms sharing a hall bath. The master suite with a walk-in closet and ensuite full bath. I diverted from the the plan by adding the fireplace. I felt the house needed one.



In the finished basement; a family room with a pool table and bar for the teens and adults. A fitness room and a guest bedroom. Also a full bath.
This is how I finished the basement the plans don't include any more than the optional stairs.
