This is a luxury home with 2 basement suites, one has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and kitchen / living area which could be rented to a college student that just graduated for example. The other suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a seperate kitchen area, and a living area which could be kept by your sims that own the house or you could just rent that suite out to a family just starting out.
