Originally by EA Games / Maxis, I've updated this Bungalow by adding a 2nd floor, modifying some walls on the 2nd floor, adding better lighting, a rear deck, and extra rooms.

1 Living Room/Dining Room

2 or 3 Bedrooms (Depending if you want to keep the Main floor bedroom)
1 Main Floor Master Bedroom and Bath
2 Baths (Excluding Master Bath)
1 Kitchen
1 Living Room/Dining Room
Front Enterance and Rear Sliding for rear access
Rear Deck
1 Office/Den (If chosen)
Front Porch
Fence

The other things i've done to the house was add better counter tops and include the appliances, All this from Original price approx. $14000 to now the updated with upper floor addition now $37150.
