Bonny Bungalow (Modified by me)

Originally by EA Games / Maxis, I've updated this Bungalow by adding a 2nd floor, modifying some walls on the 2nd floor, adding better lighting, a rear deck, and extra rooms.

1 Office/Den (If chosen)

The other things i've done to the house was add better counter tops and include the appliances, All this from Original price approx. $14000 to now the updated with upper floor addition now $37150.
