Lot Monti Terrace dorms it is constructed on a photo found in the Network. I for a long time would like to have something similar at my University.
This lot contains a dining room and a hall on a ground floor, shower-bath rooms on 2 and 4 floors, sports-hall on 4 floor, a small hall at an entrance door on 3 floor.
This dorm contains on 4 rooms for 1 person everyone on 2 and 3 floors, and 2 rooms for 1 person - on 4 floor.
Lot is furnished with maxis stuff.
