Alpine Secret Society is just such building. Unfortunately, Secret Societys in game are of a building too especial, - then if you require such building outside of walls of University, download please "READY_to_Alpine Secret Society". It is completely equipped "den" which can be used for any purposes.
If yours Sims want University Secret Society, download please "WARNING_Alpine Secret Society".

In yours neighborhood there can be some universities, but each university can have only one Secret Society. Thus, in your small town can be some Secret Society.
If at your university simultaneously will be some Secret Society, your game will be slowed down. Probably there will be still any problems.

Lot is furnished with maxis stuff. Wall by Skyline-X is included in lot.
