It's a large complex Dorms and the room they have 20. Each rooms is by 2 Sims.

Like 2 Sims guys or 2 Sims girls or guy and the girl. As you prefered.


There is 3 Floors with 4 elevators on each Floors.

1 Floor: Lobby.
Cafeteria.
Kitchen Deluxe.
8 Rooms x 2.

2 Floors: Outdoor deck Back.
Lounge Area.
Recreation Area.
12 Rooms x 2.

3 Floors: Large Outdoor deck in front.
2 Hot Tubs.
Gym Room.
Music Room.



There is no Custom Contents it as been clean it.
It is furnish. Feel free too re-decorating some of the rooms, if you like it.

If anyone using for the Sims99 or Sims movies or any part of the movies.
