"Down By The Sea" Starter Beach House

This is a simple little beach house for you sims. It just has one bedroom and bath along with a living area and kitchen. Sliding Glass doors in the bedroom and living area lead to a large deck where you sims can catch some rays or paint a beautiful picture.






I have included 2 files: Furnished $19,948 and Unfurnished $13,684.

Of course this is just a flooded lot, but to get the effect of being on the beach it is best to place this house in Blue Water (that came with Open for Business) along the shoreline closest to the road.
