Just a Small and Simple Dorm

Sometimes when I play the university I like to have just a small dorm, with everything they need right in one place. So I built this little dorm a while ago, and after playing it several times, I decided to share with anyone who maybe interested. I hope you like it.

This dorm has a full cafeteria (of course,lol), along with a study center/library, and also a common area with TV, pool table, and exercise equipement all on the 1st floor. The second floor features One large Unisex Bathroom with Community showers. There are also 6 rooms for your sims. 3 rooms are medium size with single bed, chair, dresser, and desk. And 3 small rooms (designed mainly with the extras in mind) with single bed chair and dresser. The second floor also has a piano, chess table, easel, dart board, and video games. The back of the dorm has a pool so sims can cool off after a long day of studying.

Only one custom content by me: a recolor of a one tile dresser in pine, and feel free to use it as you like in your creations.

Sorry I only included an already furnished dorm.
