Here is a extrememely simple gym for your sims, its already fully furnished, so its basically for any of you who dont want to build a gym.

Sim gym has male and female changing rooms, toilets, a small coffee shop, a reception area and a large gym with all the gym equipment that came in the original and university.

The upstairs is completely empty other then the floor
but this area could easily become a larger gym or an other facility.

I also made it so the outside walls can be easily recoloured to fit into your neighbourhood. (E.g Grey Brick for a slum neighbourhood) :lovestruc
