My latest community lot is the mall which serves my Malibu neighborhood, and it's a big 3 story building, but there are only 2 large stores, a cafe, and a car park.

Palm trees, external glass elevators, stunning window displays, clean lines and simplicity is all you need when shopping, so I've included all these. There is an H&M store, a cafe, and a pet store. There are also tiolets, stairs and a 3 level atrium, glass rooflight, internal 8m palm trees, pool clubroom, and the gaurd's room with sneaky roof access, as Dr. Nick (My Sim) shows in my screenshots!
