Set out over three floors, LMV has a superb range of details and features to suit any Sim in need of a warm climate and a luxury villa. The house was inspired by my O.C houses, and by its (almost identical) plans: Here.

This is my favourite of this series so far due to the levels and versatility of the space. For example, the double length garage and the basement pool/gym area, and the two master suites. The veranda and rooftop jacuzzi allow for a luxury feel.
