Third part of my Pacific serie, Pacific Weeks is a peaceful lot built in a 3x3 lot furnished for a 4 sims familly. There is a large terrace around 2/3 of the building. Inside there are the main living rooms, the large familly room with inside and outside dinning room on a separate terrace. A room furnished as an office may be changed to an additional bedroom with it private bathroom. All this level have a real ceilling.


The main bedroom, with bathroom of course, is on the upper level. The livable basement is for a single car garage, a teen bedroom, complete bathrooms included and a large game/party room with it private door and separate toilets.


The unfurnished version is the Pacific Weeks-UNF.rar file.
To modify this house, just be careful with the quite complicated roofing. Livable basement may be completely enlarged, in this case you must change the lanscaping to add windows.
