Pacific Dawn is designed as an home-business real corner lot.

I have this lot unfinished from the Fortnight opus of the serie, I hesitate to erase it because i liked theese lines... finaly it become the Dawn
Classically the upper floors are the owner's rooms with 2 bedrooms upstairs the living rooms downstairs with a large sun terrace and like all the serie a private dining one.

The baby and clothes shop is on ground floor with it toys workshop. Shopping area is separated from living with a door or barriers.
