This lot is a 3x3 just cause I wanted to leave you guys room to add rooms or garden/pool/deck as your sims progress. As far as the house goes its a nice lil B & W lot. This 2 Story lot can be bought for 29k. See the pics below for the floor plan. As for the CC this round I went and put in a black roof to match the windows and door. So there is very little CC and this lot is unfurnished. Enjoy!
