This lot might appear to be a bigger lot but it really isn't like most of my lots. This lot would be cheaper than 69k but i used more expensive windows vs the ones I have in my "Starter" homes on the next street over and I placed alot more of them on this lot. Okay, on to the house. It has a garage/basement floor. On the first floor I left it open so you guys can tweak you kitchen size and livingroom style withought having to delete alot of walls to do so. 2nd floor you will find I placed the rooms for you. I think a couple bedrooms a bathroom or two and some other hobby rooms would be fine. The lighting is on the ext and int and there is no other decor on this lot. Very small amount off CC was used in this lot which is just the door and the arches over the small pond. Speaking of pond, it goes from the back of the lot under the house and into the fron yard. That's right, I said under the house. You can visit the pond from inside your living room actually and wish anything you want while doing so. I started out wanting to make this another less than 20k lot or at least 30k but when the pond Idea jumped in my head the numbers and size of the house grew so there isn't a whole lot of room but there is a small area that is uncovered by the back left corner of the lot. I left it bare cause you might want a garden or maybe you would like to deck it and put your lil Tiki hut out there with some chairs, your call.
